What happens when a man is aroused?
When a man becomes aroused, the blood vessels in his genitals dilate. That’s why good circulation is important. The brain sends out signals through the spinal cord to supply the arteries with blood. This makes the penis muscles relax to let blood pass though, and then the arteries allow more blood to flow in.
