What are spots?

In your skin, the hair follicles have little bags of oils, or sebum, attached to them. Sebum protects the skin. Sometimes, if our cells produce too much sebum, or if the pores are blocked, it can get stuck inside. Since germs love oils, they are easily attracted to big bags of it; this triggers the immune system and the skin gets red and swollen.

Inula (Inula helenium) helps to regulate the production of oils in our skin.

Lemon (Citrus medica limonum) helps our skin to repair itself.
